What is the difference between the existing QuickBooks Desktop for Mac and the new QuickBooks Desktop Mac Plus subscription?

QuickBooks Desktop Mac Plus is the same core product and has the same user interface QuickBooks Desktop for Mac customers are accustomed to. The main differences are 1) the way in which customers pay for access, and 2) the additional value included in the subscription offering. New Mac Plus subscription benefits include:

Can I still buy a QuickBooks Desktop for Mac one-time purchase (3 year supported) license?

New releases of Desktop for Mac one-time purchase (3 years supported) licenses will no longer be offered. The existing 2021 Desktop for Mac license (with support until May 2024) will be available for sale until December 12, 2021. Customers seeking this subscription alternative may call our sales team at 1-800-591-0302. After the license term expires, it will no longer support services like payroll, payments, bank feeds, security patches or feature updates.
